‘Law and the Media’ attendees: Watch for marathon-related street closures

McKinney, Lamar and Bagby streets downtown will be closed for events leading up to Sunday’s Chevron Houston Marathon. The Houston Bar Association has sent out this piece of advice:

It will be best to approach South Texas College of Law from the south. For instance, if you are coming from I10 West, you could take the 610 Loop S to 59N, then exit at the Travis or Downtown Destinations exit. You could then turn on San Jacinto and go to Clay, Polk or Dallas for parking, as the closures begin at Lamar St.
