LSC-Montgomery to host Chronicle columnist for speaker series

Lisa Gray, Houston Chronicle columnist and editorial board member, will speaker at Lone Star College-Montgomery Nov. 12 as part of the college’s Lyceum Speaker Series.

Gray, a Rice University graduate, will present “Houston’s Sense of Place: History, Architecture, Ecology, and People” from noon to 1 p.m. Nov. 12 inside the Music Recital Hall of Building H. A meet and greet reception is scheduled from 11:30 a.m. to noon.

The Lyceum Speaker Series at LSC-Montgomery provides a variety of lectures throughout the year that are based on sociological, historical, economic, political, psychological and spiritual views. All campus and community members are invited to attend this free lecture – as well as all other Lyceum events throughout the year.
